Kathmandu, August 24, 2025 — Hyatt Regency Kathmandu set a new benchmark for fine dining in the city with its highly anticipated Global Wine & Dine Experience on August 22, 2025. Guests were treated to a curated five-course gourmet journey, each dish paired with distinguished wines from France, Spain, and Argentina, designed to achieve perfect balance on the palate.

The evening’s centerpiece was the presence of Jonathan Dahan, a celebrated French wine connoisseur who traveled from France exclusively to lead the event. With passion and expertise, Dahan guided diners through each pairing, weaving in the heritage, terroir, and artistry behind the wines. His storytelling transformed the dinner into an immersive cultural experience.
Highlights from the menu included Himalayan trout with beurre blanc, chicken supreme with cherry thyme sauce, and eggplant parmigiana with rosemary polenta, ending with a decadent Vanilla Gâteau Trois Laits—all meticulously paired to elevate the wines’ character.
