A total of 2,518 new cases of COVID-19 were reported in the last 24 hours.

A total of 2,518 new cases of COVID-19 were reported in the last 24 hours. This was revealed in 7,235 RT-PCR and 4,997 antigen tests carried out in various laboratories across the country. 

Likewise, during the period 2,518 people recovered from the Corona Virus, taking the total number of recoveries to 570,070. The recovery percentage is 90.7 per cent, according to the Ministry of Health and Population.

Meanwhile, 24 people died of COVID-19 in the same period, with the death toll climbing to 8,918.
