The deceased have been identified as Rabindra Yadav, 25, of Bariyarpatti rural municipality-5, Arun Kumar Yadav, 25, of Mirchaiya municipality-11, and Biltu Mahato, 70, of Karjanha municipality-3, according to the District Administration Office.

Four people died due to chilling cold in Siraha district in a week. 

The deceased have been identified as Rabindra Yadav, 25, of Bariyarpatti rural municipality-5, Arun Kumar Yadav, 25, of Mirchaiya municipality-11, and Biltu Mahato, 70, of Karjanha municipality-3, according to the District Administration Office. 

However, the identity of another one has not been ascertained yet. Chief Administrative Officer Pradeep Raj Kandel, said that all four persons died from December 7-13. 

Similarly, the other five persons sustained burnt injuries due to fire lit to escape the cold during the same period and they are undergoing treatment at different hospitals, shared Kandel. 

Meanwhile, Swadesh Microfinance, Sukhipur, has distributed warm clothes to 150 families of most-cold hit areas--Sukhipur municipality-8 and Golbazaar municipality-13 added Kandel.
