A COVID-19 infected girl has returned home after complete recovery today. According to Dr Sagar Raj Bhandari of Shukraraj Tropical Hospital, Teku, the 19-year old girl from Kathmandu who had been admitted to the hospital 27 days ago, has returned home. She was tested COVID-19 for two times in 48 hours and resulted in negative. So, she was discharged, Dr added.
The girl was in the isolation ward of the hospital since March 23. She had returned home from France on March 17.
Earlier, a male receiving treatment at the hospital had already returned home with recovery. With this, only two tested COVID-19 are undergoing treatment there.
