DPM directs hospitals for effective service

Deputy Prime Minister Ishwor Pokhrel has directed the government hospitals to ensure people friendly service.

At a meeting with chiefs of four big government hospitals located at Kathmandu constituency no 5 on Tuesday, DPM Pokhrel said the poor people have huge trust on government hospitals. So, the hospital's service should be improved, he directed.

The discussion was held on services being provided by the TU Teaching Hospital, Kanti Children Hospital, Gangalal Heart Centre and Nepal Police Hospital. Also the General Secretary of CPN UML, DPM Pokhrel further said he was committed to ensuring government hospital service quality and affordable to all, which he had promised before people during the election.
