The tourist attraction has increased hereafter the 'Zip Line' service came into operation on the Karnali River at Chisapani in Kailali. The number of tourists has started increasing after the service came into operation in Chisapani of Kailali, which is also the gateway to the far-western region.
Tourists have been reaching Chisapani lately to experience the joy of the zip line. Both internal and external tourists have come to enjoy this place. Jhalak Dawadi of Dhangadhi said that he came to this place after seeing videos and photos on social media. Zipline service has been brought into operation on the banks of the Karnali River.
The 130-meter long line has been constructed according to international standards. Nowadays, daily tourists flock to enjoy the adventure sports zip line. Apar Bikram Khand said that he reached Chisapani from Kathmandu after experiencing a new game for the first time. At present, 200 to 300 domestic and foreign tourists come daily to experience the adventure sports zip line. The zip line service has been brought into operation from January, 2076 BS at a cost of around Rs. 1 million. A person has to pay a fee of Rs. 200 for flying a jeep once.
A zip line has been brought into operation along the Karnali River in Pitmari of Ward No. 7 of Mahonyal Municipality. Tapendra Rawal, a youth from Kailali Lamki, who has been living abroad for a few years, has brought the zip line service into operation. According to Tapendra Rawal, the Chisapani Adventure Report has brought the zip line service into operation with the objective of entertaining adventure sports for tourists visiting the Chisapani area.
