The Egyptian Museum opened a temporary exhibition of antiquities to mark World Tourism Day, which coincides this year with the 200th anniversary of the creation of the field of Egyptology and the decoding of ancient hieroglyphs.The ministry decided that the best place to organize this exceptional historical occasion for all those interested in Egyptian civilisation and the world is the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir.
