On June 27, Mahindra unveiled the all-new Scorpio-N at The Soaltee Kathmandu. Renowned corporate figures and media representatives attended the event. It was also simultaneously launched in India.
The newly launched, sophisticated Scorpio-N is loaded with safety and technology. The Scorpio-N is characterised by structural rigidity, off-road capability, and on-road conduct.
The D-segment SUV category has been redefined by the Scorpio-N with its dynamic physique, head turning design, and imperious driving position. The Scorpio-N is powered by the TGDi mStallion (petrol engine) with 149.14 kW (200 PS) of power and 380 Nm of torque, and the mHawk (diesel) engine with 128.6 kW (175 PS) of power and 400 Nm of torque.
President of Automotive Division, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., Veejay Nakra announced, "Scorpio-N is the first of the series of SUVs launched in Nepal this year and is also the first SUV that will carry the new twin peaks logo."
Speaking at the launch, Cabinet Shrestha, MD, Agni Group, said, "The All-New Scorpio-N promises to redefine the SUV-ownership experience in Nepal. We are proud to present the all-new Scorpio-N to Nepal, alongside the India launch.”
