As soon as you walk towards that entrance of Chhaya Center from Aloft you will be filled with the aromatic smell of coffee and as you turn right you will see Re: Fuel café by Aloft. Re:Fuel is more than just a café—it’s an experience. Designed as a welcoming space for both coffee lovers and remote workers, the café offers easily accessible power outlets, making it the perfect spot to work, relax, or catch up with friends over a cup of freshly brewed coffee.

The café now features an exquisite lineup of nine specialty coffees sourced from some of the world's finest coffee-growing regions. Each coffee boasts unique flavour notes and ensures a premium experience for guests and locals alike.

Re:Fuel’s relaunch introduces a curated selection of beans, each offering a distinct taste that highlights its origin. No matter you are a strong coffee drinker or not here are the nine exceptional coffee options now available:

LA ERMITA - WASHED (Colombia)
Found in San Pedro de Cartago, Nariño, Colombia at an altitude of 2000m, this coffee will leave a flavour of cashew, caramel, dark chocolate and Prune. A deep and rich coffee with nutty sweetness, perfect for those who enjoy bold and complex flavours.

COLOMBIA LA PALMERA - NATURAL
This coffee from Colombia, Acevedo, Huila is found at the altitude of 1400 - 1600m. It is a fruity and smooth coffee with a delightful caramel finish, leaving a flavour of red fruits, caramel, cacao nibs and nuts. 

ETHIOPIA YIRGACHEFFE - NATURAL
Grown at an altitude of 1250 to 1600m at Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. This coffee is known for its aromatic floral notes and a honeyed sweetness with a touch of spice. With its sweetness it will offer you a flavour of honey and sweet floral. 

EL SALVADOR BOURBON - WASHED
This washed coffee is found in El Salvador with an altitude of 1350 to 1500m . Leaving the coffee enthusiast with a nutty orange, grapefruit, caramel and lychee flavour this coffee is a unique combination of citrusy brightness and caramel undertones.

COLOMBIA 100% ARABICA BEANS - WASHED


This Colombian coffee is grown at an altitude of 1650 to  1800m, is a classic, well-balanced coffee with smooth chocolatey goodness with its flavour filled with nutty, chocolaty and hints of caramel. 

ETHIOPIA 100% ARABICA BEANS - WASHED
Ethiopia’s 100% Arabica beans, grown at altitudes between 1830 and 1890 meters, offer a sophisticated coffee experience with a tea-like body and complex fruity flavours of red grapes, black tea, and toffee.

KENYA 100% ARABICA BEANS - WASHED AND SUNDRIED
Kenya’s 100% Arabica beans, processed through both washing and sun-drying, thrive at elevations ranging from 1200 to 2400 meters, resulting in a bright and berry-forward coffee with floral aromatics and notes of raspberry and cranberry.

NICARAGUA 100% ARABICA BEANS - WASHED
Nicaragua’s 100% Arabica beans, cultivated at altitudes of 1300 to 1700 meters, create a creamy and well-rounded cup with delightful hints of stone fruits, nutty undertones, caramel, and a touch of vanilla sweetness.

BRAZIL 100% ARABICA BEANS - NATURAL
Brazil’s 100% Arabica beans, naturally processed at an elevation of 1000 meters, produce a rich and fruity brew with deep caramel notes, complemented by flavours of plum, blackberry, and cherry.
