Set amid the peaceful greenery of Nawalpur, Miraaya Wellness and Golf Resort is inviting guests to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with themselves through a thoughtfully curated three-day wellness retreat this May.
Beginning on Friday, 29 May 2026, the retreat presents an immersive programme that blends yoga, meditation, non-violent communication, cultural exchange and restorative time in nature. Designed as a gentle pause from the pace of daily life, the experience offers participants the opportunity to return to a calmer rhythm while enjoying the serene surroundings of the resort.

Located near CG Shashwat Dham in Devchuli, Miraaya has steadily positioned itself as a destination where wellness, spirituality and leisure coexist. Surrounded by mature trees and open green spaces, the setting creates an atmosphere that feels both grounding and restorative.
The retreat will be led by Meera Kakshapati, whose work in mindful communication and personal wellbeing shapes much of the programme’s reflective approach.
The three-day, two-night retreat has been designed as a gradual unfolding.
Day one begins with arrival and check-in, followed by a wellness shuttle to Kala Ghar. Participants will then join a non-violent communication session with Meera, followed by yin yoga. The evening concludes with a cultural dance performance and dinner at Kala Ghar before returning to the resort.
Day two opens with morning yoga and pranayama, followed by breakfast and another non-violent communication session. Later in the day, guests will take part in ecstatic dance, before visiting Shashwat Dham for evening aarti. Dinner at the resort completes the day.
Day three offers a quieter rhythm, beginning with yoga and meditation. After breakfast, the retreat closes with a closing ceremony followed by lunch and check-out.
Throughout the programme, the emphasis remains on mindful presence rather than structured intensity. It is designed not as a demanding wellness boot camp, but as a restorative experience that encourages reflection, movement and reconnection.

The retreat is available at an early bird rate of NPR 25,000 nett per couple, valid until 24 May 2026. After that, the last-minute booking rate will be NPR 30,000 nett per couple.
The package is positioned for couples or individuals seeking a short but meaningful escape that combines wellness practices with cultural immersion and time in nature.
With its blend of yoga, communication, culture and restorative hospitality, the upcoming retreat at Miraaya offers more than a short holiday. It presents an invitation to step away from routine and return with greater clarity, calm and renewed energy.
